Our Tenants are like family to us and we look forward to serving your every need. Once you decide to rent one of our properties, we make every effort to ensure you have a positive experience. Below, please find important forms and information. If the form you are looking for is not listed below, please do not hesitate to contact our office. We would be happy to e-mail, mail or have the form in the office for you to pick up.

Policies

NO SMOKING: Please remember that it is not permitted to smoke in any of our units. If you would like to smoke PLEASE make sure that you do so outside.

QUIET TIME: For the courtesy of others we ask that all tenants turn the volume and settle down around 10:00 PM. If we receive complaints about noise, a notice will be sent out and if the problem is still not addressed, we may pursue a more proactive solution to the problem.

GUESTS: Remember that anyone over 18 who is not on the lease is only permitted to stay in the residence for 2 weeks. Many issues can arise from allowing someone who is not on the lease to stay in your home for longer then the allowed period. Please avoid these possible situations by making sure guests do not exceed the 14 day maximum.

SNOW REMOVAL: Your lease states that removing snow from your sidewalks, steps and driveway is your responsibility. Beckett Family Rentals does not provide salt or shovels; please make sure you are stocked and ready for the wintery season.

PLUMBING: Please remember to only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Feminine products, diapers, baby wipes, etc. will clog the drain, and must be thrown into a waste basket. If your drain is clogged and we become aware that products other then those permitted, are the source of the problem, you will be charged a plumbing fee. Thank you for all those who have refrained from disposing items in this way!

GARBAGE: Please make sure that your garbage is kept in the appropriate container and that  garbage bags, or large garbage items are tagged with city garbage tags.
